It keeps my acne under control

My dermatologist had recommended this serum to me for my mild acne and hyperpigmentation. It definitely helped me keep those acne away . Texture wise it's runny but I think because of that it spreads evenly so it's good. This is my second bottle , it's a part of my night routine for days that I want a simple routine.
