Sometimes I wonder who returns an item and then Amazon doesn't check it at all and resells it. So the first package I received was just the tie-around skirt - NO DRESS. But I was able to say that it arrived damaged and they shipped another one that had the dress. It looked great and was perfect to wear to Wicked as Glinda.
