Highly Recommend Better than more expensive models
I have osteoarthritis in both CMC joints. My OT recommended hand braces for support, each one cost $129, and they eased the discomfort. That said, they were rigid and somewhat uncomfortable. I saw this product and ordered one for each hand. These braces are more flexible and much less confining. I use them at the gym and when doing physical tasks around the house. They are extremely comfortable and seem to be of similar quality to the more expensive braces. Highly recommend.

Excellent thumb brace
I bought the left thumb brace and it works perfect. I have arthritis and just had cortisone shot. Dr recommended a thumb brace from a place. 99.00. I checked Amazon and this brace looks almost the same as the 99.00 one. The price is under 30.00. It's very comfortable and works better than other ones. I liked it so much ordered the right one. Came today. Highly recommend this.

Thumb (saddle joint) stabilizer
It stabilizes the joint pretty well, but I think the ones that wrap all the way around the wrist likely work better.

Long last support
I purchased another thumb stabilizer and the rubber insert kept tearing at the seam because it didn't go all the way around the thumb...with this one the rubber is one solid piece so it doesn't separate... so far it has held up very well.

This brace works so well, I am able to do my job better. I can even hold a cup better and tear open boxes at work! Would highly recommend!

Didn't Work For Me
This is designed to prevent your thumb from moving and causing pain if you have thumb osteoarthritis. It is too flexible for it's intended purpose because it's too flexible and does not prevent the joint from moving. I ordered this after I misplaced my CMCcare Thumb Brace and didn't want to spend the extra money for an exact replacement. If this doesn't work for you, I recommend the thumb brace at Oh My Arthritis.

I have gotten others and there stuff don’t conform to your finger. This one is softer material that conforms to finger better not stiff so it hurts your thumb very easy to put on
