this defuser stoped working there is loose connection inside was temperamantal to start once plugged in now it does not workplease note I have raised complaint with Amazon phone operator who advised the supplier has been contacted but haven't herd from any oneAlso all the fragrences ordered from Amazon useless now

The product looks absolutely fine but it doesn’t work. Upon turning on I can see the lights but there’s no function that’s happening. The water level is the same and so is the cotton coil inside it. Didn’t sink into the water.
