It’s trash don’t work . Waste of money .

The Coffee Maker came with a lot of moisture under the plastic covering. We dried it out. We followed the directions the next day and it would not start. So following directions we tried again would not start. So we called customer service .. They walked us through the same procedure as the instructions we left it for another day and tried again. No luck. Called customer service again. They sent us a video to try. We watched tried and didn’t work sent emails to Christina at customer service. She replied we went back-and-forth and I told her all we wanted was a replacement that worked after three tries with her she wanted me to make a video of us trying . I sent back to her that I was not going to make a video and that I would just send it back to Amazon. Amazon is great. The coffee maker customer service should be better!. I would give it zero stars if possible. It’s not the coffee maker. It’s a customer service. Hopefully those that have bought and will buy from this Company have better luck in us.

Works good so far for hot coffee but we really love making cold coffee so I bought this for the "over ice' setting and that is completely useless. Melts ice in seconds ans waters coffee down. Not really happy.

I received this single serve coffee maker today. I was excited to try it. So, I followed all the directions in the book carefully. The On/Off button lights up, BUT, when I press it nothing happens. I have tired the procedure over and over and over with the same results. I am so disappointed. I will be returning it. SIGH!

The make gets a little getting used to as the buttons work best when seeped down instead of pushed.The maker is a bit slow but the pods come out almost dry on the "infused" setting. The coffee seems very good when done and it measures 170 plus degrees when done. The 40 ounce reservoir is enough for three cups of 12 ounce coffee. For the price this is a great unit. this was a replacement for faulty unit. No issues on the second unit. Very happy now.

So it leaked water badly underneath water tank, I saw a small spark when I plugged it in then no buttons lit up. Prop65 warning hidden on last page of manual (black plastic). Made in China.

Followed instructions (every step) and still won't make coffee ☕

When I looked at this coffeemaker the first time it had all five star reviews. I wonder about that now. I did use a 50% off coupon and ordered it. The buttons are a little difficult to choose. It also isn’t accurate on the size. 10 ounce choice gives you 12 and 12 ounce choice gives you 14. I do like the brew basket for using my own coffee. The touch screen is somewhat difficult to use. Not sure how long it will last and I may send it back before my 30 days are up. Live and learn.Update: it still doesn’t work right so I returned it. There’s another listing for one of these for more money and it has great reviews. I wouldn’t do it. Had to call customer service to get a return. Interesting.
