I picked this up for my wife (42 F) as I'm a huge fan of Tongkat Ali as a guy (40 M), I think there's a lot to be said about supplements and how they can help you in your everyday. I got this for my wife to help her specifically with her starting a new exercise program and I figured I'd be a good way to help push her and motivate.The pills themselves are well packaged, and so no complaints on that front. I didn't see anything that looked bad or smelled bad, so pretty sure the supplement is good enough for what it is. My wife also had no negative reactions to it, so would also point that out too.I'd give these 4/5 stars just because my wife reported no difference when taking them and I didn't see any difference really in her motivation for exercise or in her pushing herself further. I've personally taken some high quality Tongkat Ali and I do notice a difference, and while I get this is more intended to be a lower dose for women, I'd expect to have seen some type of effect by the third week which didn't happen.Supplements are weird to be honest, some things work for some people and others don't. In this case, my wife didn't see any difference, but she also didn't take it for more than a month either. Sometimes supplements need longer time too, so I can't say that this won't work for you or others, and there was nothing that indicated quality issues either. I'd therefore not recommend based on what my wife saw, but again your mileage may vary and for some this probably does work, it just didn't for my wife.

Haven’t used long enough to see any lasting results and can’t say that Pills are easy to swallow and the ingredients are good.

I have done quite a bit of research on TongKat Ali and the benefits it can have with both women and men. There seems to be 3 different types (red, black, yellow), this one is the Yellow, Eurycoma longifolia. The Yellow TongKat Ali seems to be the best one, and it has had over 300 research studies done on it. I was excited to give it a go.I took the recommended serving size of 2 a day, until the bottle was empty. Took them in the morning sometimes with breakfast, other times without. Didn’t have any negative affects from taking without food. I didn’t experience any negative side effects at all the period of time I took them daily.I did feel like I had more energy throughout the day, and that I could push through getting tired later on in the day to get what I needed to done. I do take a number of other supplements so I can’t say for sure what gave me this little boost. I would have liked to take the 2 capsules a day for a longer period of time, so I can really give them a fair test. Because I really do like all the potential benefits they have. Especially if they could help with that time of the month in any way.The bottle is modern and simple, I like the look of it. The capsules are like most other powder filled capsule supplements. They didn’t really have a smell, and didn’t taste like anything. They are easy to swallow, I had no issue swallowing both at the same time with a cup of water.

Very basic, no added ingredients at all very good price. It helps with stomach ache and constipation and with my energy level. The price is affordable as well!!

I feel like I am starting into premenopause-I have been waking up at night and am so hot and my mood is all over the place. I have been taking this for close to a month and do feel like it has helped to mitigate some of my symptoms. I feel like it has helped me be a little more hormonally balanced and not feel like my emotions are all over the place and it has helped with sleep. This is a supplement that I would possibly buy again after I run out. I think the price was good and it was a quality supplement.

I was impressed that this supplement is clean with no fillers. I do not know that much about tongkat ali, but was interested to see if it made a difference. The capsules were easy to swallow. I did not experience any negative allergic reactions. I did notice my energy level was higher and I did not experience as much hot flashes. Looking forward to seeing the results with continue consumption.

I've not heard of AKARALI brand of supplements before, but the entire store seems entirely dedicated to Tongkat Ali. They also have an entire website dedicated to it, with quite a bit of information there. You may want to check it out. They do have the GMP certification, so I took a chance on trying it. I've used Tongkat Ali intermittently for a couple of years now, and I appreciate the effect it has on me. You can look up what it's supposed to help. I'm a female, and it works well for me. I stack it with Maca, Catuaba, and sometimes Muira Puama and Damiana as well. The combo is pretty fantastic for me. YMMV.This Akarali Tongkat Ali came presented nicely in an interior box, which looks quite classy and professional. I thought it was odd that the serving size says 1-2 capsules; I've never seen that. It says a serving has 50 mg of tongkat ali in it, but I'm not really sure if that means 1 capsule is 50mg or 2 capsules are 50 mg. ??? I'd love a little clarity there. I typically take 100-200mg, though I don't necessarily take it daily, so this will probably still last me a month. In any case, you get 30 capsules in the jar (a jar is currently $24-ish; which seems slightly high to me for this supplement).I've taken two capsules at a time, 3-4 days a week, over a two week span at this point, and I've had no adverse effects, and it functions as I expect it to. I think it's a good one.
