Appears well built, charged quickly, fit tool well. To early to know operational life. Would be nice if they offered battery only without having to purchase an extra charger.

The media could not be loaded. At first glance, a quality product. But do not expect that this battery and charger are compatible with the original ones. This battery will not charge on your original charger, and this device will not charge the original battery. Also, there is a rather strong smell of heated plastic when the charger is working. Since I also use original batteries, this device and battery do not suit me.

Battery works great - but charger only charges its own battery
I recently ended up with a “DeWalt” battery, but no charger. I ordered this set, seeing its paired battery as a great bonus. However, though the battery and charger duo work great with my tools and with themselves, the charger doesn’t fit my other battery, so I still wasn’t able charge it.So much for interchangeable parts. …So, even though this paired duo work great together (and with my tools), I gave it a lower score because it’s important for all my tools to play nicely together.
