Poor design. Pipes too short to plumb properly. Upper overflow will not line up with lower drain unless the tee is used backwards.If the two pipe sections were a few inches longer and could be trimmed it’d be great. As sent they’re barely long enough to reach the drain and overflow. Had to Jerry rig it to work.

Poor instructions! Otherwise this was a great option to fix the issue with the tub that had to long of a height between the tub and the overflow where I could not find a long enough option out on the market. I just got a new piece of straight pipe from the store and cut to fit.

This is a super poor quality product, do not waste your money. We haven't even used our shower once and the drain is already changing color, losing its shine and eroding. We installed it about three weeks ago and are still completing the rest of the bathroom remodel and this is what it looks like. I am now forced to buy another drain unit

First, the paint flakes - unlike competitor hardware. Second, the mushroom cap is brass, but the drain unit itself appears to be another metal with even worse paint bonding issues than the cap.

It looks nice and the plumbing parts are fine, but the pop-up valve does not work right. I have to loosen the top part to get it to work. It I tighten it even a little it wont work. Unfortunately I can't return it because it used all of the other parts. I ended up buying a real jacuzzi one

Paint came off and it stopped being able to plug the tub in under 2 years. Go for another brand.

Perfectly Matte Black and seamless with all other brands within the bathroom, plumber had zero problems installing and works perfect as expected.One note is I did have to order twice because the first one had the slightest nick on the tap drain out of the box, was no problem and easy Amazon return.

Didn’t notice it in the picture till I tried installing it. The Ty fitting is pointed the wrong way (up) when you try installing it properly the pipes are too short.

Do. Not. Recommend. The plumbing is fine, but the stopper does not work properly (as others have said). I was able to make do with it by flipping the rubber piece up each time I had a bath but now, less than a year later, the push top part does not work at all. I called Amazon and they told me to call Westbrass. Westbrass said they can’t do anything since they sell directly to Amazon and do not ship out of country (I am in Canada, they are in USA). Amazon said to call back if manufacturer would not help. I called back and Amazon now will not offer any replacement part or credit to buy something new because the product doesn’t have a warranty. Waste of an hour on the phone with Westbrass and Amazon, and still no tub stopper.

I don't usually write reviews but this product should be avoided at all costs. I saw the paint issues others were talking about but I figured those can be touched up if needed. However, the drain plug only clicked 3 times. Once for testing leakage, then twice for baths. I took it apart to see what is wrong, the spring mechanism used inside is garbage.Don't waste your time and money on this unit. Get somerhing else.

I gave this item such a low rating since it was thrown into a thin box and shipped without proper packaging. There was a damaged sticker on the box from Canada Post. Thankfully there as no damage done and it will finish off our bathtub nicely

The screw on the back of the overflow was stripped and never stayed in place since the day we got it. The item seems to be painted black rather than powder coated and the drain plug scratches very easily. It was all scratched up just from the installation. It’s too bad as the screwless design is beautiful. I think it’s over priced for what it is. Would not recommend.

Lorsqu'installé, le résultat est superbe. Par contre, le grand tuyau était trop court pour ma baignoire, j'ai dû en acheter un autre.
