Excellent value. The dosage per tablet is higher than the last brand I purchased and only recommends 1 tablet a day vs 3 per day. The price for 90 tablets was almost the same, so it works out 2 thirds cheaper and better quality. I chose these because they contain black pepper, which helps with absorption. The capsules are exactly the same size as the last brand.I am taking these to help combat acid reflux and have found turmeric has significantly reduced the times I need to take anything stronger. I did read another post where it had the opposite affect, so please proceed with caution. I do not know if the benefits are all in my mind, but if taking these reduces the discomfort that I was previously suffering, I don’t mind.Turmeric has been used for medicinal purposes for over 4000 years, so I’m quite happy to continue the tradition.It’s early days with this brand of tablets, so I’ll update this again in a couple of months.

I have used this in the past and it was very good for my arthritic hands. I also suffer with sinus problems and general aches and pains and this seems to sort them out too. I cannot take a lot of prescription medicines and find this is a good natural anti-inflammatory for me. I was first introduced to it by a friend who swore by it. So it tried it and am now hooked. Easy to swallow no after taste and a very high quality product. Would highly recommend. Also asked my consultant if it would interfere with any prescription meds I was taking and he said, No as it is all natural. Hurray. Get buying and feel the benefit. The ginger in it seems to help my stomach problems too. Bonus

Had no side affects been taking 4 weeks now, I think my knee joints are not quite so stiff. Will keep taking them and have ordered a second bottle.
