Osprey Daylite Packing Cube

As an avid day hiker and aspiring backpacker, Osprey is one of my favorite brands. Their materials always manage to be rugged yet luxurious. This set is so lightweight and versatile. I can use for vacationing in europe or hiking the appalachian trail

Good construction; Appears to be sturdier than others I’ve used in the past.

I had never known of these types of "packing cubes" before I came across them on Amazon. What a genius idea! I've always wondered if packing could be easier, and with these, they can. They're of great quality - as is standard with Osprey. They fit in any bag and will allow you to compartmentalize your packing to separate things. This makes it easier to find.The three-piece set is only $35, which may seem like a lot considering these minimal bags, but with the zippers being of great quality and the stitching being Osprey standards, these should last you several years.

Perfect to organize travel packing. I’ve been a fan of packing cubes for a while. I like that I don’t have to waste time unpacking when I’m on vacation, so it works both ways. Highly recommend. One thing to know these are not shrinking, safe space cubes. I actually like this because I find the ones that shrink, although nice to allow you to pack extra, then you have a new problem more things need to be ironed.

This Osprey Daylite Packing Cube set is soooo nice! The material feels thick and durable, the sewing is well done, and the zippers work well and seem high quality. The tan concrete color is neutral and exactly how it sounds.We've been using a set of generic polyester packing cubes for RV trips. It's a cheap set, maybe only a third of the price of this one, and it works fine for going from the house to drawers in the RV. But I wouldn't trust them backpacking, because the cubes feel thin and cheap and nothing about the set is impressive. This Osprey set is like going from coach to first class.

These are standard packing cubes and not compression cubes. The zippers open on two sides which gives room to fit items in, but is a little harder than if the zippers opened completely on three sides. Getting larger pieces of clothing in and out is a little difficult because they don’t open all the way, but it is still doable.The front of the cubes is made of mesh which allows for compression and compact packing. The back is solid heavyweight canvas. Each of the cubes has a sewn on woven carry handle. The zippers are nylon with metal corded pulls.This is a nice set of three sizes which gives you a chance to figure out what you need for your individual packing situation. It's a good starter set that also would fit well into a carry-on bag.The construction is high quality as I have come to expect from anything from Osprey. The most annoying thing was the large number of plastic ties that had to be cut to separate the set of cubes from the backing board.

Great bags to keep your personal items organized in your luggage/bag.

These cubes are straight forward and high quality. The construction is good and the zippers are strong (even after I packed a few sweatshirts into one of these to test.) They fit perfectly into the new osprey travel pack I ordered, and they have plenty of room to keep a lot of gear and clothes organized.No negatives to report on these things, though they are a little pricey for what they are.
