I have frequent pain in my right foot arch. This piece of equipment is perfect exercise for both feet but has already cut down on the soreness in my arch by working on THOSE specific muscles. Easy to use and great value. It allows me to do exercises very similar to what the Physical therapist did with me when I first started having pain and sent to the PT for help in solving my problem. I also wear orthotics on both feet. This keeps me free from pain and allows me to work out.

This foot roller is awesome. It feels amazing after a long day on my feet. We have a traditional wooden foot roller and there is no comparison. This doesn't slip on the carpet like our other one and the texture really massages. I would strongly recommend this for anyone who works on their feet or who struggles with chronic foot pain.

Works well to loosen the bottom of the foot. Its temporary tho. Dont expect it to "cure" foot pain

Just took a very deep knot our of my heel! That very knot has been there for a long time, just could not access the knot. this little thing knocked it out. also hurt like ****... anyways i feel much better. if you got any deep knots in foot, hand or wrist. let the healing begin!

This is better than a tennis ball. The grooves and stability are great and loosen up any scar tissue in the plantar fascia.
