This is the most useless sifter I've ever used. I've tried every flour from cake flour to almond flour and my hand tired from the thousands od times I must have squeezed that lever. Takes FOREVER for even the smallest amount to sift. Be prepared to add an hour to your prep time 😒😒😒

Well.... It's pretty. And it sifts.That's why it keeps 3 stars.That said, I sifted 3 cups of powdered sugar for recipe and both of my hands felt like they were going to fall off. I finally ended up just banging the thing to get the sugar through bc I couldn't squeeze that handle any more.This is my first sifter and there has got to be a better design.

This is great. I Love that it came in colors or I could have done without it. There was no such thing as “self rising” when I helped my grandmother bake. Can b used with confectioners sugar and cocoa too This is steady and easy to operate

This is just plain inefficient. I tried regular granular sugar, all purpose flour, and almond flour, nothing worked. It would take me about 5 minutes to get about 100g of each and my hand got extremely sore. The flour started coming out of the handle as well, and a LOT of the product ended up stuck in there. Very disappointing because it's a beautiful product.

The color is adorable! It does get a little jammed but that's not because of the product, all sifters do that when it rubs against the metal material (and only slightly does it).

Awful, awful. AWFUL! Why oh why did I not read the reviews? Totally get what you pay for. It's tiny, maybe holds 3 cups. The lever is horrid! Be prepared for a hand, finger, knuckle and forearm workout. My family of 3 all took turns. It took well over 20 minutes to sift 2 cups of powdered sugar. Fingers are sore as I type this review. In the trash it goes. Do yourself a favor, don't purchase this garbage.

If you use this for flour, don't use it for whole-grain flours. Also, if you have to use it for more than a cup of flour, it's going to take a very, very, very long time. I ended up returning it. Such a shame, I loved the style.

Its not like the old time ones. The flour doesn’t go through well. Might be good for powdered sugar.

Unfortunately the sifter doesn't sift. The flour tends to get stuck between the layers of blades and takes forever to come out the bottom. I've used it twice and now gone back to using my manual sifter.
