Surprisingly Effective
Extremely effective when combined with elliptical, treadmill and HIIT training to max HR. I was surprised at their versatility in my cardio work.

Too Noisy
Good quality. Way too noisy! Ridiculous! These make so much noise. I don’t want to use them when I’m alone much less at the gym.

Great for Jogging
It took a day to get used to. Now I have perfect form in my daily jogging, which includes hills.

Noise is beyond ridiculous
Should have listened to other reviewers about the absurd amount of noise these things make. If you plan to move while holding them, prepare to be extremely annoyed. They are too loud to use indoors, especially if you have any pets that may freak out. As for using them outside, running etc... I think I'd just be embarrassed to be causing such a ruckus. I'm going save a couple gum containers and fill them with sand and tape them up.
