All of the other nose inserts hurt because the surface area that pushes your nostrils open is small. These increase surface area and therefore hurt way less after 12 hours of use.Best breathing device I’ve used yet.

Me being the spaz about the eco system said “honey we should try something a little more eco friendly for the snoring”Husband: ok I’ll try*doesnt like*He says they feel really weird in his nose and also feel like they may help him breathe less than the paper ones.I shoulda known 🤷🏼‍♀️

I always had trouble keeping my sinuses open when lying on my back and trying to get to sleep. With these fairly comfortable soft vents, once I found a size that works for me, I can get to sleep easily (after giving each side of my nose a shot of NeilMed saline aerosol). The only drawback is that I would like to be able to use a different size for each nostril. (I tried the adjustable Mute vents but found them to be uncomfortable.)

These did nothing but make me uncomfortable. I would skip.

Such a simple product that works great , at least in my case . I have have a deviated septum in both nostrils and breathing has always been q challenge . As I've gotten older breathing and sleeping is pitiful . This product has been working great at night , I am finally getting some sleep again .

Can’t use these as they fall out during the night. On the plus side, various sizes are in package but none will stay in my nose.
