Alphacolor Soft Pastels, Multi-Cultural Portrait Pastels for Skin Tones, 24 Pastels per Set (102008)

I was surprised that chalk could deliver beautiful skin tones that more than rivaled water color and acrylic paint. It’s messy but beautiful. The colors are surprisingly accurate. The down side of this tray of colors is that once you’ve used up your favorite color, it’s not replaceable as a single and the entire set will have to be replaced.

I read the reviews carefully before purchasing. I was torn but decided to buy them because I really wanted a low-priced set of pastels for skin tones. They are long sticks and the colors are nice, but some came broken. It isn't a problem for me, but I feel like they should've all come whole for the price. They work well and I'm happy with the colors. I would recommend them, but just know that some will probably be broken.

I use this product for adult coloring books and it work well for the coloring effects I desire.

horrible packaging. They're almost unusable. The package opened and when they arrived, they were all over the place. The pigment of the pastels had gotten onto each other, and I had to clean one by one. at least half of them were already broken.

Loved them

This product is very cheap. The packaging is flimsy and it isn’t very protective and the pastels themselves struggle to cling to anything at all it always seems I’m simply brushing on the very wisp of a color and it never shows up in depth.They really aren’t worth it I regret purchasing them as they seem to just be as good as me purchasing air with a slight fragrance. The pastels are not worth it.

Beautiful shades and nice, soft pastels. The colors blend well and look natural. I used them on my first-ever portrait (I'm a total newby), and I was delighted with the results. Highly recommend!

These seem to be great pastels, and a good value for the money I spent, but they were shipped in a loose package with no padding, they have broken in several places as you can see in the photo, which is very disappointing.

Colores firmes excede espectativas

Están súper bien, un poco polvosos pero nada fuera de lo normal, se mezclan de maravilla. Lo que sí es que se gastan un poco rápido para mi gusto. Lo único que no me gusta es el empaque en el que vienen, es de plástico delgado, cierra por presión y sin ninguna protección, seguro que si se te cae se quiebra alguno.Uno llegó quebrado cuando los abrí.
