If you need an ice pack, get it
Yes, it stays cold for a long time. Yes, you have to prep it. Yes, you can leave it in your freezer afterwards. No leakage. Beautiful!

Love them
Bought one for each knee. Keep them in the freezer and use almost every night. Love the flexibility.

Not worth it.
This is not at all what I expected. It’s really awkward to use and you have to fill it yourself- it leaked all over my freezer and on me when I tried to use it. Don’t buy this

Lightweight and VERY cold
I've been looking for new ice packs for a while and thought this might do the trick. I like it well enough that I actually purchased a second, but it's certainly not perfect. While it is very lightweight, the sections of gel get hard when frozen. It stays flexible because of the way it's made, but it doesn't really conform to body parts. I was worried that it would get the pillow I put it on, or the blanket I put it on top of, wet, but that hasn't been a problem so far. Each pack did have a couple of sections that seem to be empty, but, while I'm not thrilled with that, I haven't really noticed it in use.

Good but could be a little better
I liked this alot it wasn't bad price and come with two! Downfall I stepped on one and popped a couple squares and ruined it and the other one dried out kind of fast

Great
It came in totally flat with instructions to submerge it to inflate the ice blocks. Strange experience but it did its thing. The frozen blocks can be rather hard when first using but my husband LOVES it wrapped around his bad ankle after a softball game. It’s flexible and has straps to wrap in place. Large enough for any back or neck pain too.

XIAEQOH Ice Packs for Injuries Reusable, New Tech Large Gel Cold Pack
I ordered the XIAEQOH Ice Packs for Injuries Reusable, New Tech Large Gel Cold Pack. This is an interesting ice pack and different from any other I have used. It comes desiccated, meaning that you have to soak it is water for a few minutes in order to use it the first time (and, theoretically, subsequent times later as it loses moisture). Soaking in my sink for 5 minutes was easy and then I removed it placed it on a towel to get the really loose water off and then hung it over a drying rack for a few hours. Then it was ready to be frozen! As soon as I removed it from the freezer, I knew this wasnt the ice pack for me. Eash little square in the item listing freezes into a hard cube rather than a pliable gel. The area I am trying to ice is my ankle front so while this ice pack does have some flexibility there isnt enough flexibility t really reach into the area that I need iced. Which is no fault of the ice pack, as listed I see no reason why the ice pack would not work perfectly. It is just that my particular use is a hard to fit area and I have many "reject" ice packs to bolster this claim. And, if someone in my household does injure his back, this will be the largest and probably best fitting pack we have on hand! The great thing about this pack is that it can be used hot or cold. So, after my failure of a cold test, I let it thaw and warmed it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Now this feels like heaven on my ankles. I do heat in the morning before stretches and cold in the evening to alleviate swelling. This pack will stay in my regular rotation for the heat application. I recommend this product if any of this sounds like it may be helpful to you.
