This kit is SO MUCH FUN! My little one loves the little rubber band kits, but they aren't super fun for adults because they are tiny, and hurt when you try to do them without the loom. These are super soft bands that are bigger and much easier to work with for both big, and little hands.My child is 6 years old, and she loved this set - I had fun doing it with her as well, we spent about an hour and a half sitting at the table after dinner making bracelets and keychains. The instruction guide that comes with the kit is really easy to follow, it had picture diagrams, in color, with words to also help you master the designs. There is a single chain, fishtail, double fishtail, and even a bunny and snowflake ornament design. The handheld loom is in the shape of a kitty cat, which I used while my little used her fingers, and it was amazingly comfortable.The bands are vibrant, and very high quality. They are stretchy and soft, and you could even use these in your hair - although your kid is going to want to use them all for bracelets. The set also includes a metal pick, to help you pull the bands if you are using the loom, it is sharp, so please only allow older kids or supervise when using as it is sharp enough to hurt if used incorrectly.There are little snap beads included, about 4 of them, that are cute to add to the loop at the end of the bands when the bracelets are completed. I wish the set came with more, but this is not a dealbreaker.We will be purchasing another kit from this company, and have found our new fun activity! I highly recommend this.
