Too easy to jam the motor, however company worked to resolve the issue
Had to unblock it twice because of a small piece of toilet paper. Then the pump stopped working altogether. However, the company did work with me and shipped me another pump no charge. The pump is now working as it should. Much appreciated.

Warranty
This is a follow up post from about six months, everything was working fine then had an issue, the pump got stuck and tripped out the GFI and the second time tripped out the breaker, i emailed the company and explained what was happening, they backed up the warranty and sent me, not just the pump where i would need to take everything apart, but a whole new tank complete with pump. There’s never been a time when I would have given more than 5 stars except for this time, they really did stand behind their warranty

Pump stop working in just 2 weeks
I hired someone to install this toilet. However, after 2 weeks the Macerator Pump stopped working. I contacted amazon customer service. The only 2 options I got is1. To return ( After I paid for the Plumber guy to install it and then Have to pay them to remove it!!!)2. To replace it ( I still need to pay them to remove it!!)I could not see the ways to directly contact the manufacturing since they do not leave a link or anything trough amazon. I'm wondering if they are rigid??????

Issue at first...
Had an issue with the first (850w) pump setup. The macerator blade would jam up on small (rv) toilet paper. Happened to me 3 times before I reached out to the company. I received a quick reply that there were known issues with that pump setup and they would ship me out a new one. A week later, I received an 800 watt pump and tank. Externally the same aside an addition of a manual button to activate pump. Internally was an entirely different design/pump. Instead of small blades being at the bottom of the tank, they are now much larger and located near where the toilet flushes into the tank. This toilet is in my basement and rarely gets used. I also have a shower and sink that drain into it. So far no issues but time will tell. I will revise my review if I run into any problems.I will say, I felt very defeated with the original pump set up. It clogged during separate parties I was having. Which ended up ruining my night having to fix the issue. I am also not a plumber so there was some trial and error on top of this being disgusting to deal with. My basement was also newly finished, so that just added to my anger. All in all, I am (now) happy with the product. Let's hope it lasts.
