I bought them to help with the moist in my car, as I drive a convertible in FL and some mornings the humidity inside the car makes it impossible to drive right away… but since I placed them in the back & front windshields they are clear every morning and no more nasty moist inside the car. They work great! Only curious how long they will last…

I’ve also used them in closets and camera bags to protect clothing and electronics from moisture buildup. Each pack absorbs a large amount of moisture, and I typically recharge them every 3-4 weeks, unless I forget, which happens sometimes. The clear window makes it easy to see when they need recharging, which is a quick process using a microwave or oven. If you’re looking for an easy way to manage moisture in enclosed spaces, these desiccant packs are a great option.

Moisture control is a concern everywhere. These are so great that we bought a bunch more to use around the house! From the fire safe to a 3D printer filament box, these work well! We tested these dry and wet weights to very close to their claims. The ability to re-use them is nice. We find it's a lot faster to use the microwave method, but make sure to follow the instructions to protect the plastic viewing window! We had no issues, but it's something to keep in mind. We have 4 sets now in closets, the safe, drawers, and other places.

I wanted to use these for awhile and recharge them before reviewing. They are what they say they are and they work as intended. I put 2 in a closet in battling a musty smell in and one in my bedroom. The ones in the closet filled fast which I'm not surprised by. They are well made and am durable. A good size to put just about anywhere but still effective.I charged mine in the oven. It took twice as long a the directions say. However I put all 3 on an aluminum cookie sheet for ease of moving them. Sitting on the flat metal service just put the water back into them. Directly on the oven rack was much more effective.

I was attracted to these bags by the fact they can be recharged in the microwave, which I've never seen in a desiccant pack before. They can take a few 'sessions' of microwaving to fully recharge, but they can, in fact, be dried out in the microwave, and they don't take nearly as long to dry out that way.I don't have any tools to gauge how much water they can absorb or how quickly, but from the testing I was able to do, they should be just as effective as any other desiccant packs of the same size. They're rechargeable by microwave thanks to the cloth construction, which is a pretty cool concept I haven't seen before in silica packs.Do keep in mind, as the box says, even after the color changes they aren't fully saturated, only about half saturated, so they'll absorb more moisture than you think even if they've turned green for a bit.I'm using these to absorb excess moisture in my water-tight safe, and to help keep my 3D printer filament dry in the air-tight bins I keep those in when I'm not using them.I'm now comparing these to some of my other desiccant packs, using the same two containers, and doing my best to match the amount of weight. I don't think I'll notice any difference between them in how well they absorb moisture, but I'll keep an eye on them, and I'll update this review if they don't hold as much water as expected, or if I have any other issues.I only review items that I personally use myself on a regular and continued basis. I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review. I will not mince words. I write exactly what I think about a product - the good, the bad, the ugly, and the questionable. And, I will update my review if a product breaks, stops working as intended, or otherwise doesn't hold up as expected.
