Just right
It is exactly what I wanted. Heats up fast

Not too easy to use
Still thinking about returning this. The size is right, but sometimes it grips my thin, short hair, and sometimes it doesn't.The most annoying thing is figuring out how to turn it on! It says to hold down the on/off button until it glows solid red, but it does not do that. I crank it up to the level of heat I want, and eventually it glows solid red.Nice touch with gift box and little black glove for use.

Very High Quality, Very Affordable
Definitely would buy this item again. The item performs very well and I would have expected to pay much more for this kind of quality. I love it.

Nice product
A great, quality product. I was just sent the wrong size and didn't return it in time. But well made, and quickly heats up and curls your hair quickly too. Has a temperature setting and off switch, carrying case and heat glove. This size (5/8) will give you ringlet curls. Order the next size up, 3/4, if you have longer locks and want a slightly larger, full curl or tendril.

No grip.
This curling iron gets very hot, which I need, and it heats very quickly. The main problem is that it simply does not grip the hair. The spring mechanism, or whatever you call it, is not tight enough. Returned.

The cord on this curling iron is very cheap and curls up and tangles constantly
This curling iron itself it good, but they used a very cheap thin cord and it constantly tangles and curls up and you have to unplug and fix it. I've had several other curling irons and they have nice thick cord. This company acknowledged that this is a problem but gave me no satisfaction on what they would do with mine! Now just 2 years later this curling iron has died....this is a short life.

Size is perfect but
This is my second curling iron like this. I like the size and controls, but the spring that holds the part that clamps the strand of hair broke in about a year on the first one. The strength of the spring already seems less in my recent purchase.

Heat settings, long cord, good quality
Love everything about this curling iron. I wish they made the same one with a longer barrel.
