AOYOGMens Formal Business Vest for Suit or Tuxedo

Needed to match a vest to an older suit coat to piece together a last minute ""Texas tuxedo". Ran across this one and decided to take the risk. It matched the old coat wonderfully! The fit was a little snug but he had bulked up for sports since I'd taken his measurements 6mo prior. Overall a great purchase!

It looks really good, fits nicely, and it's not too long on me. (I'm a really short and round dude.) The only problem I have it that it's not quite as tailored looking as the picture, it's more of a boxy straight line than tailored in on the sides.

I wish the sizing was more accurate. 3x did not even come close to fitting me at 350 lbs 6'.If you wear up to an XL normally, you can probably find a size that fits your frame. If you usually wear 2x or bigger normally, I would not recommend this vest.It is very attractive and I would have been hyped to wear it. I'm pretty bummed it wont fit.

Event though I bought this vest two years ago, it's been mostly untouched in my closet. Then about three months ago, I started working various special events as a server/waiter and part of the required uniform was a black vest. Over the last three months , this vest has not faired very well. Despite my best efforts to take care of it, dry clean it regularly, its starting to look like its about to fall apart. Almost all the buttons are being held on by a lonely single thread. The seams are coming apart. I know garments will received wear and tear and eventually be unwearable anymore. However, I feel the rate this garment is breaking down is more a show of poor craftsmanship. The stitching throughout the vest doesn't seem timely or well placed. Its just falling apart and it shouldn't

Very good material

Returning this to try again. This is the third suit vest I’ve tried that advertises as “slim fit”. Idk what passes as slim nowadays, but if you’re an athletic guy with a lean core (you know, the kind of build “slim fit” is supposed to be designed for?), this will be too baggy on you around the midsection, no matter how tight you pull the strap. For perspective, I’m 6’1 217 lbs with a 32” waist. The Large is snug around the chest and baggy around the core. Made for pot bellied fat guys.

I got this for my husband for work. It fits true to size and he still had some room. Great material. After washing I would hang to dry and not put in the dryer though. But even after washing and drying it didn’t shrink up.
