Must buy
I had an S1 l5 spinal fusion with instrumentation. The surgery is putting extra pressure on my pelvis causing me extreme pain! Not only way my expensive back brace not helping but it was uncomfortable and put pressure on my bladder causing me to pee all the time. This is way more comfortable and helps me quite a bit. I wear it 9 to 11hrs a day sitting, standing and lifting at work. I highly recommend it.It's strong, flexible yet supportive and great quality! It also doesn't push on my bladder too terribly so I'm not making as many bathroom trips at work.

Easy to wear and good compression.
The SI Joint Belt Hip Brace is easy to use and does provide some good support to my hip. I do like how I can easily adjust this belt to get the desired compression on my hips. I typically wear the type of hip brace that also wraps around the thigh, and although I feel that that one gives better support, it also takes a little longer to put on.However, I do find that the SI Joint Belt Hip Brace does provide me with enough support that it does help manage my hip pain. The belt feels well-made and is comfortable to wear, and the simple design makes it easy to adjust the level of support one needs. I can also wear the belt under a loose-fitting shirt, so it is a belt I can wear all day long whether at home or out and about. I feel it is a decent hip brace, and from the description it may also help with other types of pain. For a quality product that is easy to use, this is a good hip brace to try.

Larger than I'm used to
I have used a similar belt but it was not as big as this one. It seems to work fine but it was a little more difficult to use the side straps to increase the tension. They are a bit on the stiff side and not very stretchy.
