I believe I already reviewed this product but Amazon keeps asking me to do it so here goes. L-theanine is the safest calming vitamin you can buy. Do the research. No side effects. It is coupled with other great vitamins to relax and get a great nights sleep. I usually only use 200 mg and this is 400 so I only take 1 tablet instead of 2. It’s too strong for my sensitive system. The taste is great. Unique. There is nothing negative to say. Only that my husband keeps taking them from me so I am running out quicker than expected. Great buy!

I like them
I like the listed ingredients on these gummies. As far as their effectiveness goes, I find that these ones make a small difference for me. On the other hand, each person is different and responds differently. Some of these I can tell a noticeable effect at fist, other times not as much. They were priced decently, came quickly and was packaged well.
