Great assortment of Unsearched wheat cents in average circulated condition. Most will likely be from the 1940's & 1950's but you will likely find some earlier dates too, as well as steel cents. Comes is a velveteen gift bag as shown. Who knows what you might find. Review: Great gift for a young collector - My son has been fascinated by wheat pennies since he found one a couple years ago. This year I got him the package for his 10th birthday, and he loves it. We found 3 steel cents from 1943 and several more than 100 years old. Most are in pretty good condition, and it's lots of fun to look through them and imagine what was going on in the world when they were new. Review: Pound of Wheat Back Pennies - Good Find - A pound of Wheat Back pennies, got 2 teens, at least a dozen 20's and several in the thirties, many 40s &50s, some of which were s & d markings. Overall good value.

meh.
Pretty good selection of dates, mostly 50s and 40s like the description said, though there were a decent number of 30s and a few 20s and teens as well. These are definitely not unsearched pennies, though. I found a good mint variation in the 50s and later 40s (where mint mark doesn't make a whole lot of difference in coin value), but as soon as it got below 1944, they were 100% Philadelphia mint and therefore the least valuable variation within that year. Suuuspicious. They did throw in three zinc 1943 pennies and two Indian head pennies, though. That was nice. Overall: three stars. I don't feel horribly ripped off, because I did get a hundred-some wheat pennies that are now sitting very pretty in my Ornamental Mason Jar (and man zinc pennies even if the least valuable variation of zinc pennies are still ~ZINC PENNIES~ and kiiiind of awesome!), and the value of the pennies themselves came out to almost exactly what I paid for them, so. At the same time... unsearched? who knows what you might find? seriously bro? Also: there was no fancy bag. I was promised a fancy bag. :(

Exactly as described. Better than expected!๐
Exactly as described. I wasn't expecting to find a 1943 copper but several from the 1920's, 1930's and mainly 40's and 50's but not a bad deal for the price.

40's & 50's ONLY AND CLEANED
The best thing about this purchase was the bag. They were ALL 40'S AND 50'S AND 97% HAD AT LEAST BEEN ATTEMPTED TO BE CLEANED, THUS RENDERING ANY ERRORS (WHICH THERE WERE NONE, THEY HAD ALL BEEN REMOVED), OR PENNIES OF VALUE...WORTHLESS! YEP! ANY Penny found in this batch that might have been worth anything would not have been. These were BORING! SAME DATES OVER AND OVER...OMG! This BY FAR is the WORSE purchase of wheats I have ever made. I have rolled them up to give to a neighborhood kid to play with. I doubt anyone that would CLEAN PENNIES BEFORE SELLING THEM WOULD EVER TRUST A REFUND!!!!

Good selection of pennies for beginner collectors
My 10 yr old son has recently gotten into coin collecting and was over the moon with this selection of pennies. Plenty of older pennies in the pouch, including a 1912, 1913, 1917 and a 1919.

Not worth it!!
No Steel pennies and nothing older than 1940. Almost all were duplicates and absolutely no pennies from San fransisco mint. Not at all worth it!!
