is this suitable for cutting plexiglass / acrylic sheet? if so which blade I need?

It will cut it with a diamond cutting wheel but not at right angles that is an issue. However, it does leave a great deal of swarf sticking to the surface that needs to be broken off as you go, unless you prepare with a masking tape of some sort to prevent this. It is also very easy to use too high a setting speed that makes melting the sheet worse. This is not my best choice of tool for the job as it will take a long time and patience to do it slowly and there are issues with the angle cutting with such a long body of the machine that leaves a messy edge, but in a pinch it will do it and then sand the edges gently with a block and sandpaper afterwards. I would use the GOP 12v-28 which will, with careful use, cut in straight lines. However, these are just suggestions as this sheeting is not the easiest to cut. DO NOT USE A CIRCULAR SAW AS IT WILL SHATTER THE SHEET!! :) I hope this is useful. R

The screw thread is identical to Dremel models so should fit all accessories.

Will this work with the Dremel plunge router?

I have used various Dremel attachments and they all work, although some the fit is not 100% perfect I have the Dremel Multipurpose Cutting Kit and this does work I cannot comment on the plunge router unless it is the same attachment but under a different name

If this doesn't have a charger, what else do i have to buy to make it work?

I assume you are looking at the 'bare' tool, which needs both the charger and batteries. If you don't already have those, you'd probably (but not invariably) find it cheaper to buy the tool as a complete kit with batteries and charger. Bosch do a good range of 10.8 / 12v tools (have rebranded the 10.8v ones as 12v but the batteries seem to be completely interchangeable). I have the drill/driver, oscillating multitool, rotary multitool and impact driver. The rotary multitool seems like a good tool to me, but I haven't owned one before so have nothing to compare it against. I also have one charger, two 1.3AH and one 4AH batttery which works fine for me. So my advice would be to look not just at the one tool, but also what else you might want, and 'buy in' to the manufacturer who offers a range you like. This will ultimately be cost effective and mean that if you are an occasional/hobby user you will utilise the batteries better by swapping them between several tools. Oh, and it's less chargers to find space for.
