Small yet clear and powerful
I bought this Sony ULT Field 1 after comparing it with other small BT speakers. The sound is very clear yet powerful, the exposed speaker adds that extra "oomph".

High quality sound! I like that I can press a button for added base, because I don't like added base and this allows me the choice. Super portable, takes little space and is overall excellent value for the money.

ULT Field 1 (Grey) : Why I Chose It Over the Bose SoundLink
I was torn between the Bose SoundLink Flex and the new Sony ULT Field 1. After watching tons of reviews and comparing their specs, I decided to go with the ULT Field 1.Both speakers offer amazing sound quality, but the ULT Field 1 is a newer model with some great features. It has a powerful 7-watt output, a convenient C-type charging port, and a dedicated bass boost button. Plus, it's more affordable plus big billion day sale makes it more attractive to buy this piece.However, it does have a few drawbacks, like the lack of an AUX input and a less sleek design that might be a bit bulky to carry around. I deducted 1 Star from ratings due to these drawbacks.

Good speaker
Good sound, the bass boost is ok, would prefer having a more balanced bass without having to Boost it, but definitely worth it for a portable speaker.
