Not near complete
It's 1/3 of the items needs to have air-conditioning. Why it's sold ala carte is baffling. Plus the fact it wasn't made clear, the wording made it sound like you just connect it to your car battery. Then to make me believe I've been misled on purpose the other components weren't suggested as a bundle. Are they assuming everyone interested happens to have extra air conditioner parts that match this one. I'm calling bs.
