Very nice, heavier than I expected. Puts out a very strong light. It is beautiful! Glad I purchased.

This lamp last several hours with decorative light patterns since it's placed in a sunny area most of the day. The only concern is how the stand is lightweight. During windy days, it easily topples over so to counteract this i place it between 2-3 plants to keep it up. I recommend this lamp if you reinforce its position to remain in place.

When I first saw the lamp I thought it was kind of cute, but was uncertain as to how well it worked. The first night I was surprised at its brightness and it remained lit for 8 hours! The second night I had placed it on a table and was pleasantly surprised at how the light/shadow combination made such a clear and pretty pattern on the tabletop. It almost appeared to be a patterned tablecloth. It's been outdoors 24/7 for a while with no visual signs of deterioration. I've since acquired a few more, so I guess you could say I'm happy with the lamp and can honestly recommend it.

This actually looks even better in person. It is very cute and unique, and is perfect for a porch or patio.

Did not work well

I love this light, it is very cute. But sadly the solar top is complete junk and after a week only runs for about 5 minutes. That is despite repeated days in full sun, and yes I understand how an on/off switch works and it's not "operator error". I would have returned it but I really do like it, so was stuck with added cost of buying replacement solar top which were not cheap because they're nonstandard size and not many options available.

I really like the lamp. It is pretty with and without light. The only problem is the shade is crooked. I'm not going to mess with returning it. I will just have to figure out how to fix it on my own. The pits but oh well.
