I’ve been using the Open Farm RawMix Ancient Grains Front Range Recipe for my dog, and it’s a huge hit! The mix of kibble, bone broth, and freeze-dried raw food is perfect for his taste buds. The ingredients are high-quality, and I love that it’s made with humanely raised protein and non-GMO fruits and veggies. It’s great for his health, and he’s been eating it with excitement every meal. Fed my GSD/Old English Sheepdog mix Open Farm Large Breed puppy food for her first 18 months after adopting her at 4 mos of age and she has been healthy and fit but started getting finicky over her puppy food. It was time to wean her from puppy kibble onto an adult formula to avoid her becoming overweight, and she transitioned to the Raw Mix Ancient Grains with no problems at all. She LOVES this food! She runs to the food bin every morning and devours her meal with no finickyness at all. Unlike her puppy food, she will eat this without any topper added (forgot one morning) but I do still add a couple tablespoons of Halo beef and salmon skin topper and a couple of scoops of Organix probiotic to make sure her GI system stays healthy because she tends to be sensitive in that area. This food actually smells good too, and the freeze dried pieces are generous, plentiful and soft, like training treats. She loves this food and it's worth the price because she eats it, has plenty of energy and though she was starting to show signs of being a little too pudgy when I switched from puppy food she seems to have trimmed down a bit. I am not worried about her being overweight now as she reaches her full maturity.

Just changed from the older Open Farms regular dog food to this one and my little dog actually LIKES the dog food. First time for everything? Pieces are smaller and she appreciates the bone broth for taste I think. Sure wish they could talk! Am a solid customer. Thank you.

Aren't dog food and treats outrageously expensive these days? I have three big dogs and all three ate this food very well for the first several bags. It's gone down hill from there and I seem to be throwing more away than they're eating. Not just one. All three have decided it's not as tasty any more. Although it seems to be a high quality dog food, we'll be trying a different brand soon. It doesn't matter that the quality is top of the line if they won't eat it.

My dog is older and has a sensitive tummy. This is one of the few dry foods I’ve tried that he enjoys and doesn’t get an upset stomach after.

This is the only dog food I purchase for my dog! He loves it. It’s healthy and not full of junk and fillers!!

We had been ordering this food from open farm and everything was great. We ordered a bag from Amazon and you can visibly see the difference. The lighter freeze dried pieces are from the Amazon bag. I threw a couple in with the food ordered from open farm and you can still visibly see the difference in the freeze dried pieces. I took those pictures about a week and half ago. My dogs got so sick they were squirting liquid diarrhea. I tried giving them pumpkin, nothing was making them better. I switched them back to their old food and they have solid poops again. Do not order this from Amazon.

We have a very picky husky both with flavors and textures.She liked this food very much and eats it with no complaints :)

My dog is not a kibble fan, he would prefer frozen fish and meat or human food so it's hard to find a kibble he likes. This brand works. He loves the freeze dried pieces and eats those first.
