Very bad experience !
Bought the product and return on the same day. The connection was breaking and lagging, not a good wifi adapter I would not recommend this item. Lesson learn was expecting a lot but so disappointed

Overheats too quickly
The only reason i bought this is because of its feature to connect to a 5G network. The problem is that it overheats too quickly. i can plug it in and after about 7 minutes it can be so hot. The program isn't too great either. Very buggy and glitchy.

Good Product - value for money
Brand seems new but is competent. Product quality is good. Installation is normal and easy. I got it just a few days ago, so it is fine for now. I will wait to see how durable the product is. However, the price for the product is excellent, easily value for money.

Easy to download and use but it has performance issues
The product works and it's easy to download the drivers from the CD that is included with the product. However, the performance of the product was not that good. I was expecting that the product will give me better connectivity to the internet and higher speed than the wifi adapter in my PC but i was surprised that the product did not do that. The speed of the internet decreased dramatically while using this wifi adapter.
