I absolutely love the purse. Great amount of space for all my needs compared to other similar purses. Great value. Love the style, feels like it will be durable. More than enough room for my phone.My biggest gripe/frustration with the purse is that the strap connects on alternate sides of the zipper. When you go to unzip the purse, the straps get in the way of the fluid process. You either have to stop unzipping to move around the strap and restart the unzip, or maneuver around the strap. The straps should be on the same side, preferably the outside part of the purse, being the opposite side of the phone pouch side.
