This is a very short lived item beyond the warranty period with zero support from the supplier. Buy something else, I now have a Thermomix and the customer service is amazing and you can actually speak to a real person. I genuinely regret purchasing this very expensive product that did not last more than a couple of weeks beyond its short warranty.

As the instruction manual says, wash it quickly once done cooking. The plastic material stains easily. Cooking with curling and dark soy sauce is likely going to stain it.

I love my TOKIT Omni Cooker. This was a logical edition. Everything included stacks neatly for storage, the only instructions are easy to follow.

Bought the product and found problems. When try to get support you only get web contact and email address. Send my requests through email and got no responses. If you need future support on the product then this company is not the one you want.
