Worth it
I wish I didn’t wait so long to but this! I am almost addicted to using it in my back everyday. Worth every penny, relieving so much pain in my back. Its so perfect in the amount of firmness and I can tell will last a long time, and can take it anywhere

Effective but stinky
I experienced near immediate pain relief after using these products. They are easy to use for a beginner and I like the variety of products included in the set. I would rate the set with 5 stars but the set literally stinks. It has a strong smell that gets on hands and clothes when using the product.

Perfect compact travel set
Do not totally love that the foam roller has different textures on different sides, but just means I flip it around if I need another side. Otherwise it's been a great cheap way to keep a backup foam roller+ at my mother's house for when I visit. OK the band didn't last long either, but I may have been expecting too much. But the "big" roller is perfect, the handheld roller is fine, the ball is great.
