They should give measurement of the teeth.

For such an expensive product, the straight side could have been sharpened. It could have given dual use, for both grill pan and skillet /flat cast iron. Use with care when the grill pan is hot.

The image in the listing shows that the scraper has "teeth" i.e. a serrated edge that can get into the grooves on the grill pan. What i got has smooth edges. Unfortunately, my husband used it to scrape his grill pan the day it was delivered, so I wasn't able to ask for it to be replaced with the correct product. Obviously, the smooth edged one doesn't do the job well because it's not designed for grooved grill pans.It seems to be a mislabelling issue though because the sticker on the package said "Grill pan scraper"

I had sent my review earlier stating that the item received does not bear comparison to the photograph at all.

For two years have been using a stiff plastic scrub brush to clean the grooves. This works much better and I should have bought it right away after the mess described below. It's very strong plastic. Engineered to fit either narrow or wide Lodge grooves. I love my Lodge grill skillet!Some precautionary advice - Had a Lodge scraper like this two years ago. One day it was wet on a towel by the sink and I set a wet cold stainless skillet on it. Did not realize it 'stuck' to the skillet bottom because of the water. Moved it to a glass top electric stove. What a mess when the plastic melted. Be very careful not to do this. Nightmare to get the burned plastic off the stove and skillet. New one gets put away immediately after washing.

Worked as it was supposed to and scrubed the pan well between the grooves. In a pinch I even used the flat side to scrape some sticky stuff off the bottom of my iron. Worked a treat and it did not scratch my iron!

Lo he usado para la parrilla, y también para la parrilla del horno. El ancho de las hendiduras es el ideal. Muy resistente al calor, aunque es un plástoco.
