I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this one. There are 3 products 1.low dosage around 600mg something 2.1000 mg this one 3.1500 mg is the other oneI brought this one 1000mg and this seems to be fine. I workout 5 days a week and this really has improved my sessions. I used to take one in the night. Now im taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the night. Ordered a 2nd one. Need to try the cod fish and salmon fish oil ones too

I am having one capsule each day. I don't get it in normal diet, especially with the current lifestyle. Hence, moved to this supplement, which is quite good. It has enough EPA and DHA. It is good for the heart, brain, and skin, and the body as whole.I have skin issues which is acne prone, also hair loss these days is common, hope this resolves those issues.I have not found any Cons as of now, except the price part. Good company good product

I don't know what these do. No effects noticable, except for placebo.Before buying these I suggest people to get their vitamins checked and see if they really have defeciency. Then again check for vitamins after taking these for 15 days and confirm these tablets' effectiveness that way. Without tests, you can't tell if these work.

Great experiance

My family is really loving this fish oil. It's priced competitively, it's not cheap but you get what you pay for and you don't want cheap fish oil for obvious reasons. There are absolutely no fish burbs or odd smells or tastes. We have been taking 2 pills a day and my mom's joints are feeling good but more importantly fish oil is a MUST for general overall health.Definitely going to keep ordering this!

I purchased the item for my health, I'm quite satisfied with the effect of the product as I can see the positive signs of it. It is very good in face skin problems like pimples. I got this one for myself. It's good for brain and health. There is a weird aftertaste of fish oil like after 20-30 mins of consuming it. I take it before dinner ... only 1 per day. So this one should last for 2 months. I have only used it for 6-7 days so can't say much. But its a medicine can't expect results ASAP. This one is the advanced one which has more EPA and DHA (in mg see ingredients) so this one is better than the salmon one.
