Excellent piece! Good sound quality, built quality and feel. Compact and very handy. Very good value for money for the price that it is offered for. Delivery was timely with good packaging. With Duracell AA batteries, you dont need to change for at least 6 months (2-3 hrs a day).After trying 1, I purchased 2 more pieces to gift to family and friends. Strongly recommend this item.

I brought this radio 3 years back. Worked well for almost a year. Then the on off button started developing problems. Ultimately went dead after that. Chinese product with Japanese brand name. Time for Sony to introspect.

Actually this radio is not as big as it may impress you in images. It's a pocket radio. But who is carrying around a radio these days? The ideal place you may find one is on a kitchen worktable, and this is too small for a presence. And this is the only product I ever seen online which is sold at a price higher than the MRP. I don't know why, but it's the same high price at Flipkart and Snapdeal.(MRP is Rs 1390.)It's not easy to tune in, especially when our FM stations are packed in a closer frequency range. Manuel tuning help nostalgia only and for how long? Sound quality is good. It would have been an amazing product, if it were launched some 30 years back! For now, it's not worth the buy.

I'm from Bangalore, I Loved this piece, Strong, Definitely long lasting, I could catch all the Stations without lifting the Antenna.Only short come is if you put full volume, The sound gets distracted, But Who's gonna listen with this Pocket radio? U want to hear big Buy a Big Hi Fi system.For me to listen to the FM radio during my routine work on my LapTop & at my bed side just before Sleep,,, Just the Right thing.My only worry is the price, MRP sticker says Rs- 1390 & price quoted on Amazon nearly 2,000.

The antenna is not as good as expected, but maybe they are great in the price and size range. I dont know hoe good/bad the other options in this range are. Batery life is good, we have been using it for more than a month now, occasional use, haven't had to change batteries yet.
