Replacement for Sony RMF-TX920U TV Remote Control for 2024 and 2025 Sony TVs Backlit, Voice, Remote Finder, USB Changing and Cleanable Case

I bought two of these remotes to use with my Bravia 8 TVs. I wanted something backlit. The remote works the same as the one supplied with the Bravia TVs. As a matter of fact, if you don't try to pair both the new remote and old one at the same time, you can use both. That is what I do. I have the remote near the TV and the older one in the Kitchen. I love the backlighting. I just wish the remote included a charge cable (OK, even phones don't include a charger anymore.) and charging instructions. Also, finding a complete manual is a ticket to frustration. BTW, who warranty's this? Sony?

I bought my Bravia 8 with a standard remote, and that sucked for watching anything in the dark. I ordered this remote and it’s so much better. It’s a genuine Sony remote with backlit keys, and works like a charm. Recommend this highly!

Didn’t even last 6 months. It stopped charging and now it is completely dead. Definitely not worth $63 dollars and I wish I had that money back right now.

Like that it's backlit for a change! Tired of using flashlight. Thanks Sony!To make sure it's the REAL SONY look for the blue/green specks on both sides.

Remote okay but no charger

As previously noted, this is a genuine Sony remote and works as described with back-light and is rechargeable. Connected to my Bravia 7 without an issue and all buttons function as they should.

Why the Bravia 8 doesn't come with a lighted remote is beyond crazy. Luckily this one paired right up and has great backlighting. Would definitely buy it again.
