I like these bars for the convenience in getting a healthy meal option when the real meal is not possible.I travel a lot and 30 gram protein in this bar with 10 gm fiber and well balanced mix of vitamins and minerals and omega fatty acids is a good deal when i am hungry when on the go.It satiates me till I get to eat home cooked food or hygienically prepared food.They also are good when taken before a workout.Off line the price is almost the printed mrp but got a very good lightning deal and went for two packs.IF YOU WANT TO SNACK HEALTHY KEEP THESE AROUND.Taste is the best among all the flavors but yeah it is not a chocolate bar it is a protein bar guys so ...Hope my review is helpful to you.

Best in taste and makes you full temporary

The package arrived in very bad condition, but since it was not returnable, I had to keep it. Fortunately, each bar inside is independently packed, so they were unharmed.Now, talking about the product, the taste is very delicious. It is good for people who are looking for healthy on the go snacking options which have high protein content. But there is a catch, if you read the ingredients on the back label, it says Maltitol. This sugar alcohol is known to have very high Glycemic index i.e. 52, which makes this product unfit for people who have diabetes, or people who are cutting carbs on low carb diets or keto must avoid this product.

I'm usually weary of protien bars because they always comprimise taste for the whey concentration (i've had quite a few kirkland or pure protien bars previously).And tasty bars are usually high in calories and low in protienSomehow, these guys made it! I love it
