Morphy is brand itself. Don't blindly believe in amazon too.
Although product is so light &easy to use but product i got in first was in damage condition. Please even if u get delag in delivery, it can be managable at dis pandemic situation, but getting damage, even a scratch item can't accepted atall. Today j got the replacement.Whaf i observed previous one seems to be a duplicate. Manual was n't proper, written in chinese +english,overall body structure, warrenty card all semms previous one was duplicate.It wasnever expected from amazon poj t of view where people blindly believe in trust of amazon.If amazon is right den needa strong step againsf the middle man. M sharing u replacement packaging with item snap.

Poor customer Service. Device failed in 6 months
This toaster failed in 6 months and customer support for this pathetic. They will first take your ticket but does not know who to fulfil the service commitment. There is no connection between customer service call centre and field agents. The toaster itself is not that good while got blown off in just 6 months. Worst product and worst customer service.
