I love this mug💯
This is wayyy better than a similar brand most of us know that is way more popular and expensive. It rhymes with member..This actually lasts me almost all day at the max temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit. I am currently on my second cup of coffee writing this review. The insulation is amazing as well. Like other reviews have noted, the instructions could be better written, the gestures do have a bit of a learning curve, and it is slightly heavier than a typical travel mug, but I am glad I finally have a real travel mug that has good battery life. I will be using this primarily from now onwards.

Perfectly hot
Love the concept but it’s really heavy.. worth it if you needs your hot drinks to be like off the kettle hot. Per the recipient of this gift; every sip is like the first sip

Bad
Do not waste your money on buying this thing I’m actually in the process of returning mine. It’s too small. It’s too heavy. It’s too complicated to get it to heat up. It cannot heat. I cannot start heating your coffee if there is coffee in the cup the cup has to be empty Slanted in order for it to register the temperature and set it. It’s too complicated. Too many time I have to touch it. This is not the set and go type of thing adults that works daily. Need something that sit and go put the temperature go ready to go in work Not to play with the charging. The the idea is great, but not good. Enough will return immediately. Do not buy.

Research other travel mugs before buying this one.
Not the best design for a travel mug. The same buttons are used multiple times which can make it confusing. Also the buttons may be pressed accidentally when placed in a cup holder since the grips for the holder are at the same place as the on/off buttons. The battery discharges very fast but on the flip side the liquid warms quite fast too. The price is ok and it cleans easy.

Ember missed this one feature.
I used to have an ember mug but I realized this new product has better battery life . it can last longer since the battery are much larger and the bottle is insulated.

Still Deciding
The controls are really odd and the quantity of coffee it holds is kinda small considering the whole size, but it does what it’s supposed to do and does keep coffee warm on the go

This One is the Best!
The media could not be loaded. Perfect! I sip my 1-2 cups of coffee all day. I make my coffee between 8 and 9am and this cup will keep it hot or quickly reheat it to my set 55* Celcius with no problem until at least 6pm. I use it every day. It has a locking lid and doesn't leak if it gets turned over. Added bonus, it fits in my car cup holder. I have tried all of the other temperature controlled cups, expensive and value priced- This is the one to buy. It holds more volume than the others and heats longer. You won't be disappointed!- unless of course, you forget to charge it the night before.

It's warmly satisfying..
Great product. It's not user friendly, but once you get the hang of it, you'll enjoy the experience of keeping your beverage all day without recharging this travel mug. It's not as fancy as those with apps and wireless charging technologiesand, but it does the job as expected.Keep improving Future Lab!
