Good product but very bad for teeth and bones

Been using Apple cider for over a year now. Tried various brands but decided to stick with Bragg's for now. Most of the other brands i tried couldn't match the quality and consistency what Bragg provides. This is a saver pack and useful for people like me who use apple cider regularly. Those who haven't tried Apple cider, try the lower volume versions first (some cannot tolerate the taste/smell no matter how hard they try :) ). Always buy apple cider vinegar with mother which is raw and unfiltered. Barggs is Organic and that adds the extra star.I take 25 ml with 100 ml of water daily on empty stomach . Dont recall when i had common cold /fever :) .Cons:Wish this pack was provided in a glass bottle like the lower volume versions.

This is best apple cider vinegar with mother and also organically certified,Iam using this for paleo or LCHF(low carb high fat) diet .Any one can use this without any doubt.The best time to take this apple cider vinegar (acv) is after dinner, take 5 to 10 ml of acv mixed with 200ml (glass) of water and take before bedtime.Taking acv on empty stomach or before breakfast fast may sometimes irritate our stomach and may cause sometimes gastric problem .So to avoid all this it's best to take after dinner.We can give 5 ml mixed with glass of water to children above 10 years also.This makes them more active in the early morning and helps them getting up faster from sleep in the mornings. This does not have any side effects. Used other acv but they don't match with the Bragg's acv. This is globally accepted acv.

I used to drink wow apple cider vinegar. But of late I am noticing that wow is increasing its price of all the products.So I thought if paying the same price why don't I go for a better product. And obviously brags is the best market for Apple Cider Vinegar. Small bottles were costing more expensive than wow but since I am of regular drinker of apple cider vinegar, I thought of taking big bottle which will ask me a long time.So if purchased in quantity it is affordable as well and as everyone knows Braggs is the best Apple Cider Vinegar in the market.
