Good one for light weight people only. After that too, you need to use it really carefully.I am 5'11 weighing 85kg. Gained good shape & size in few months of workout. For training abs I bought this. In second set while I stretched to my max, it just blasted and broke into pieces. Damage occurred from the center where rod connects to wheel. Somehow managed to prevent smashing the ground with my face by throwing my elbow in.I threw it.So, in short, my fault. Should have bought something stronger & suited to my weight & workout style.

The plastic is not strong as expected. But for a medium weight person it might suffice. And more importantly it is an advanced workout and if you are going to do ab roller exercises you must already have lost enough weight and must do planks easily. Otherwise it will impact your back and you will have back pain. So check YouTube on how to do it properly before attempting it.

Good quality product but buy if you really interested in make use of it.I just wanted to give a try but didn't use it more than couple of times.The exercise which we do with is little difficult.But if you are a fitness freek then it is good for you.

product is very nice and effective but quality is only good for its price. The steel rod and wheels as if they might break at any point of exercise, Not yet broken off-course and i have been using it for a Week for 15-20 minutes daily.

It's wheel is plastic, with rubber, but the quality is decent. The central shaft is steel. The grip is made of foam.Nothing fancy, all functional.

Cheap tectics by Amazon. Mrp on product is ₹549/- where as Amazon shows mrp ₹990 and giving big discount. So cheap. Also third class quality of product.

IT is little fragile not while working out but if dropped from 3 feet height accidentally it will break.Product is just as mentioned but 4 years kid dropped and broke it , but still working.
