Awful.
On paper the specs looked great and way better than a 6yr old envy. However, other than a nippier processor the whole thing fails on just about every count.First thing it incorrectly tells you that you need to set up an account via the Internet and there is no apparent option on screen to bypass this (although a simple key combination and a simple one line command will bring up the option will display the option to continue without Internet, so you can no create a local account instead of signing into the Microsoft rubbish)Second thing is the keyboard, the keys are a little wobbly and not great for typing at speed. The letters are hard to see and despite it being almost 2026, the keyboard isnt back-lit. WHY?!One thing that is lit, is the screen - too lit!. Pixels themselves are sharp but the backlight it horrendous even at the best angle, on a pitch black screen it looks one you're looking at a bunch of clouds (no seriously my old 20yr laptop screen beats this any day).Wifi? On a 1GB fibre connection and other wireless devices pulling in around 800, this barely managed 5MB even after all the windoww and bios update- its like being back on ADSL! Another big fail.Battery life: 8 hours?! Maybe if you have it turned off for 5 of them and then do pretty much nothing while its turned on.Touch screen: Did they mean you can touch the screen? Well yes you can, but most of us would expect to the machine to actually respond. I did check device manager to see if this was somehow disabled but low and behold there is no screen input on this device. What a shock.I paid extra for the 16GB version, but at over £400 you would expect to have a decent device since for not much extra you can get a nice little basic gaming laptop which will have all the bells and whistles. One thing that is good is the laptop is thin light and portable, but that is the only good thing it has got going for it.Honestly it feels as if this came from a Chinese online retailer since this really doesnt match up with the product description on the amazon page. After securely erasing any personal data this will be returned to amazon.

Not that good.
Graphic is not as good as described. So complicated to set it up. I would expect, in 21st century it would get easier. Absolute pain! Not worth £350/£550 at all. Last update of win 11 was 2021. And is almost 2025. I set it up, synced with my phone, pictures look like on Iphone 6. I should buy Dell to be honest. Just not great. Maybe for some student would be enough but no, just no. I might send it back.. Also no face recognition. Very old version of PC

Generally good, apart from two issues
I'm very happy with this laptop. My criticism is the letters on the keyboard are light in colour, and not easy to see depending on the light. I wondered if it was just this one, or they are all the same. There is no way of comparing. Also, not as fast as I thought it would be for the price.
