Stvin Six Pack Abs Exerciser / Six Pack Machine 20 Different Mode For Exercise And Fitness (Multicolor)

I bought this as a cheaper alternative to a incline/decline bench with the additional benefits of an ab exerciser.The back rest can be adjusted at 5 different angles(3 adjustment levels are given).The neck rest and the length of the bench can be adjusted at 4 levels.The seat only twists from side to side. It can also be made stationery by tightening a screw below it. There is no height adjustment in the seat. It is not really needed.It can be used for front leg curls. The elastic ropes can be adjusted at 3 different levels but they are not tough enough. It can also be bolted down so it does not move. The ropes for the hands are longer, haven't really tried them.6(2x3) springs are provided for tension in the back rest. They are strong too.The hand straps are longer. I haven't exercised yet.The material is cheap aluminium and is welded. It is shiny enough now.It is better than I expected. I had low expectations.

This product is nice and met my expectations. I face 2 problems in my item. 1. The locking knob height is insufficient. See attached image.2. The rope got damaged in one day usage itself.Dear Amazon, Kindly arrange me the above spares. I can replace here itself.

Very delicate. As per this it suits only to ladies and the manual within the product box confirms the same.

Value of money deal and its very easy to use small things are more important like its construction menu is not available in box thats why i feel some problem than i would take advise from my friend he helps me alot thanks amzon for the usefull and all rounder gadget

Build quality is very poor. Also there is no user manual for installation. You have to Google for that. The elastic rope supplied with this is also of poor quality. It's mostly made of plastic except the main frame.

Very medicore quality. Seat feels very very cheap, feels like it will wornout in few weeks. There are many scratches on parts, paint have got scrapped out. Looks like seller have sent used product.Provided six springs are of no use, these just gets elongated while resting back on it.Length is very small, people of height 6ft and more please don't buy it.Packaging was too damaged, torned at corners.Can't trust quality by this seller and Amazon anymore. Worst part is there is no way to return and get refund. Feeling like cheated. :(
