I purchased this as a gift for a beginner tarot reader. This is one of the first tarot books I purchased many years ago and I still reference it often. My copy is beginning to fall apart but I suppose that's to be expected with overuse. There are great keywords for each card and a general interpretation with a little guidance info and meanings. A little info on astrology, numerology and some great spreads to try and more . All in all a great beginner book.

I'm not new to tarot, and I still found the book helpful. It has so many details, and goes into each card individually without really repeating other stuff you can see on the internet.I recommend it warmly, whether you are a beginner or already know about tarot.

This book is really nice.It is divided in several chapters, all in color.I'm a complete beginner, and so far, this book is doing a great job!

The Bible series of information books is wonderful and the Tarot Guide is exceptional. I used this for teaching and recommended it to many people as their first tarot instruction book. Works well for any Rider-Waite-Smith based deck. I keep it in my library as an excellent reference tool.

Great price!! IN COLOR! Book is slightly smaller than my hand. (But I have fairly large hands.) Maybe 7.5 inches.. I like how it offers keywords... and "you now".. "obstacles" and "future".. just wish it had reversals. :( but I'm still giving it 5 out of 5
