Impressed with level of detail.
I wasn't really sure what to expect from this, but I was really impressed by the level of detail afforded to the production of this stamp for my wife's crafting business. The image/impression quality is remarkably sharp and, as it is not self-inking, requires no other "refills" in and of itself, other than separate ink pads.

Very disappointed Poor Quality
I’m so very disappointed in the stamp. It leaves marks all over the place. I bought this to put on my jewelry tags and I can’t use it. It’s not clear. It wasn’t raised enough to leave the exact logo huge part over the top of it that’s too low that leaves a mark when you stamp it. I’m just very very very disappointed. Will not be back to purchase another one again

I'm so grateful!
I was a little iffy about placing this order, mainly because I've never ordered anything with a custom design on it before (despite needing it for a little art business that I have on the side). In the end, I decided to go for it and I am SO glad I did!!!Before anything else, I should say that it came FAST!!!! It came in three days, even though it's estimated arrival date was almost 2 weeks out (which I would have been fine with, too!)Next, the wooden handle is STURDY, and the image was made EXACTLY like the image I designed!!! I thought it would have been just a little bigger, but I also didn't look SUPER close at the dimensions before ordering (I was just happy to get anything at all. Still am!)Lastly, the ink pad that you can order with it is large, which is awesome, and might be just a little dry, like it's been sitting for a little while, but it still works really well.I'm grateful! It's definitely worth the price, and I'll definitely be ordering from these guys again!

Plus points for company, minus points for production issues
So the seller is super responsive and helpful, but the stamps are seemingly produced somewhere and I think that is the cause of my issues (and others mentioned here)The pros:fast ship, despite the estimated time being a week or two (I believe) it shipped out a day or so after I ordered it and I got it within another couple days after that.Company was very quick to respond to concerns and ship me a new stamp when there were issues. The cons:I ordered a round stamp and received a square stampThe art was rotated 45 degrees from the way it was supposed to be, meaning that you had to hold the stamp in a weird way and the orientation marker was uselessDespite uploading the art in a high res format, it seems like they scaled it down more than it needed to be, it didn't quite match up with the dimensions they listed and was in the middle of a huge amount of blank space on the stamp base. The neutrals:It's a very shallow stamp, mounted on foam, and I think a lot of the issues people are having with blurry stamps and bleed-over from the base of the stamp are because they're either pressing too hard on the inkpad or using one of the really pillowy foam ones that are intended more for a traditional stamp which will have a deeper plate which means the inkpad is pushing up onto the mounting base. If you use an inkpad meant for crafting stamps like the ranger inkpads (they're firmer and have more heavily pigmented ink so you don't really squish down into it) it seems to work fine, even with fine details. You will still probably want to do a "blot" stamp or two on scrap paper beforehand to test it, as you get a feel for it, and you may always need to blot it depending on the ink. The oily dye inks are notorious for that.Anyway the rest of my review is that I messaged them letting them know about the error, they apologized and immediately had a replacement sent. I attached a picture showing the rotation error and they said they would take care of it. A few days later I got my replacement stamp. It was, again, a square stamp with the art rotated in the same way. When I asked again about it, they said that they were out of the round stamp right now but had not been made aware of that, and immediately refunded me and apologized again. So now I have two square stamps for the price of none, I can't complain too much, I already ordered a round blank stamp handle and am going to try gently prying off the rubber plate and gluing it to a new handle in the right orientation, so it's a little annoying but honestly I can't be too upset, I just want to give an accurate portrayal of the process to anyone else looking into it. I think it must be some sort of production hiccup, because if you go back a few months no one was having this kind of issue. The stamp itself seems to be like the other things you can custom order right now like paper embossers and wax seal stamps, your art is put into a computer and then sent to something like a CNC mill or laser engraver to carve it out. The same criticisms I have of those also hold true, fine details aren't great and they're a bit "rough" and shallow compared to ones that were hand machined or cast (if you look closely the areas look more "nibbled at" in measured steps than hand-tooled ones do)...BUT, and this is a big but, I will take that dip in quality for being able to get all of those things with a custom logo for a fraction of the price they used to be, with a much quicker turnaround time. However, if you're getting any of these for a high-end professional use or really special occasion, look into places that aren't <$20 on amazon for any of those.
