Finally, the right part to install your rolling A/C vent pipe through a wall
Finally! A proper wall adapter for your rolling A/C vent hose. Just remove the plastic "O" ring off of the flexible vent hose and then slowly screw it into this unit. Works great and is very snug.Only reason I knocked a star off durability is due to the fact this is a 3D printed part. It feels solid enough but it definitely can break / warp if enough pressure / heat is put on it. As such, don't use this for anything other than venting regular to A/C exhaust level warm air. It's also quite pricey for being a 3D printed part. But, it *does* work perfectly and looks much better than other alternatives I've found.

Perfect solution to venting through a wall.
This is the only show in town if you want to vent your portable air conditioner through a wall. I ordered this assuming the one negative review was due to a bad 3D print-out. I was right. This adapter is sturdy and fits perfectly. My plan B would have been less than elegant. This looks great and works beautifully.

Lifesaver
This thing is a lifesaver, albeit incredibly overpriced. But hey, if you need it you need it. I have a spare bedroom with no windows and no central heating/cooling. I knew I didn't want to drill through the wall/siding on my house in any way shape or form and also that I have a portable unit I wasn't using, so feeding an exhaust hose through the floor was the only option. This flange was exactly what I needed. The hose on my Koldfront portable unit measures 5 inches on the inside and it fit perfectly. I was screwing and screwing with no results until I figured out I had to pop off an outer ring on the hose. Yours may have one, it may not. This could be the reason some folks are saying it didn't fit. If you don't remove it, the flange will not screw on. Double check this and also that you aren't twisting the wrong way. Unless you have something exotic or new, most portable AC's have a standard hose size, but measure first just to be sure. Let me tell you, I know you may not be crazy about the idea of drilling into your floor or walls, but this is far sturdier and safer than having it in the window. The window install kits included with portable units are super flimsy and not at all worth the hassle. If you know you'll be using your portable ac in a semi-permanent fashion, opt for this install method instead. I love the idea that they make a cap for it just in case I have to move the unit to another room. I have window units in other areas, but the beauty of portable units is that they're PORTABLE and can quickly stand in for a broken window unit in another room until it can be replaced. I plan to purchase the cap, but again, kind of pricey! So that purchase may not come until I absolutely need it.Overall, I'm super happy with this product because I now have air in a room that was stifling. If your situation is similar to mine, BUY IT!

Ideal connector for portable air con exhaust
Discovered this on a YouTube review on how to exhaust a portable air con through a wall. Otherwise difficult to find. Does the job perfectly. Exhaust hose screws into the item and can be removed and sealed with a screw in cap which can be purchased separately making it draft proof in the winter.

It's pretty good
Well it's the best solution for putting my ac exhaust through the wall. What you need is a 6 inch drier vent (which you can also buy on shamazon), 6 inch hole saw (there's a whole set on shamazon for $20), and some screws (with drywall anchors if going in drywall). You will need a stud finder with electrical detection to make sure u are MISSING studs and wires. And of course a good drill for running that hole saw.The biggest issue is that it didn't end up fully covering the hole made by the hole saw which left it looking unfinished. Therefore I calked around all the edges on the wall to finish covering things up.Hose fits great and it retains better than the fitting on the AC end does.I also bought the screw in plug but found with the thread tolerances and the type of material it gets stuck really easy. Therefore I can't give it 5 stars.

This is perfect worth every penny!
I was skeptical this would be the right fit for my 6 inch portable ac unit vent. I'm venting into the ceiling of my garage. It was absolutely the perfect fit. The hose screwed right in and holds tight. It is 3D printed, which other reviews seem to have a problem with, but honestly this thing is stronger than your normal run of the mill made in China junk. I dropped this thing from my ceiling height (9 feet), into concrete, didn't damage it at all!

Mixed review
Sturdy product; easy installation.Within 4 years the plastic completely crumbled due to daily hot air from a mobile Aircon exhaust. Must now be replaced.

So far .. So good!
I was on the fence with the purchase of the purchase of the Intulon portable flexible AC hose flush mount fitting for about a year. I studied the customer provided reviews and pictures to assess if this would work for my application. The initial reviews from 2019 were less favorable then that of recent which made it a gamble. My idea / application was: Install a LG Portable AC in a 2017 RV toy hauler garage with a dedicated circuit so that we could have a cool room when boondocking, running on a Honda 2000W inverter generator, with a 3 gallon marine extended use fuel container to run either all night or when leaving the dog in the kennel in the back room. I had tried using the 3" dryer vent, that was in the location where we prefer the keep the unit, however the added reduction from 6" to 3" caused to much heat and back pressure, blowing the hose off the reduction fitting. We tried fabricating a fitting to vent out of the pre installed air vents in the garage located fore and aft, but it dictated an undesirable location where the AC unit would have to be placed when in use. At present the idea is to cut a 6" hole through the floor of the garage, in an area under a factory installed cabinet in the garage, using the flush wall/floor mount fitting and closing it off with the 6" plug when not in use. To date I have received the wall/floor mount which accepts the hose Perfectly! Today the plug will arrive and we will see how well it seals in the fixed mount fitting. There have been reviews stating that it does not screw in well, either too tight or too loose. I will post an additional comment and pictures when installed (2 WEEKS) As the posting says .. So Far .. So Good !

Actually pretty good.
I complain a lot about bad plastic. This did not have bad plastic. I complain a lot about thoughtless design. Not here. This thing does what I expected. It could have been cheaply made, and that's a big problem for me, but this isn't. They actually spent the extra penny in plastic to provide a quality product. So many companies try to cheat me for a penny, and why? It's just a penny? This product did not cheat me. Sigh. Calm. Thank you for being one of the rare quality products out there.
