I bought this as a Christmas Gift for my daughter for her trip to New Zealand in March. When she got to New Zealand and tried to use this power adapter/converter for the first time to plug in a phone it sparked and didn't work. She tried changing the fuse as I came with an extra but that didn't fix it. It was useless and she had to find another adapter while on her trip. There isn't a way to check that these adapters work until you get to the other country. Unfortunately now it is too late to return it. It was a waste of money.

This adapter has been beneficially convenient to travel with and easy to use throughout my trip. It is lightweight and nice that it has 3 usb cables to charge at the same time. However, the wall converter plug can be loose and cause the whole adapter to fall out of the wall. Overall, it is still very nice, easy to travel without worrying about having all the countries' adapter and will be suggesting it to others.

We bought this prior to visiting New Zealand. I already had a universal travel adapter, but figured having another one would give us more flexibility. Turns out I only needed one and this one is now my "go-to" adapter! The other one I have is slightly bigger and only has one USB port. I like how this has FOUR... though power is evenly spread, so can't use all four at full power, but still really nice. I was even able to charge my MacBook using the Type-C port... it charged slowly (even when it was the only port being used), but was fully charged overnight. A must have!

I used this adaptor when traveling to Italy, with a stop in Denmark. It worked very well without any issues and I think it'll hold up well for future use. Well-priced product for what it is for. I appreciated the USB-C slot, which should be the standard moving forward.

My wife was visiting America and we needed an adapter. This worked great with all her appliances and it even came with a case!
