Of course, it's not new system inside... cooling and etc, what was broken before with my previous frige freezer.... And this new -standard fridge is very good for us, food super fresh, drinks cold , even with ECO ....But of course I can put colder , but it's super with eco... Perfect design.... ONLY , may be handle not for kids or stupid people- they will open from side with hands, what can damage fridge 🤔......WE'RE HAPPY WITH.....

The freezer section might be free of frost but the fridge section produced so much ice and water down the back walls of the fridge I was picking out blocks of ice on a regular basis just a few weeks after receiving this item.Fridges can be a serious fire hazard, so this disappointing development in my brand new purchase sent shivers down my spine. I couldn't take any chances.The seller of this item passed me on to Russell Hobbs who told me to perform a major factory reset on the faulty item. This reset would have meant the fridge was shut down for 24 hours then placed into a high freeze situation to test it out - with no guarantee of correcting the fault.Obviously, I would have lost the entire contents of the fridge freezer. Nobody can afford to lose £200 worth of food in the current economic climate. I was horrified that Russell Hobbs did not seem to think this was an issue.This terrible item is now booked to be returned to the seller. I've bought a new Bosch one, also from Amazon, so I'm hoping that the upgrade in price will mean I get a much better, and safer, essential item.Still having to wait for my refund. Exhausted by this whole miserable experience.

The refrigerator is beautiful, the colour is amazing, the space is fantastic, im just extremely upset that when the delivery people opened the box there were dents at the bottom of my fridge ( yeah it’s not gonna be seen but it’s brand new it should arrive in perfect condition)The delivery people where amazing and there was no damage to the box so obviously this was done in the factoryOther than that it works amazing

Looks brilliant, and is. VERY roomy inside. I did my normal shop that normally lasts me two weeks and had to go out and do the exact same shop again to fill it, lol. Which means less car journeys and better for the environment. In fact as I have an electric bike and can fit sooo much in the thing I’m going to get rid of my car, walk to the shop and just take a taxi home with the shopping. So actually this A (energy) rated fridge could end up saving me loads of money and be super better for the environment etc. So NOT false economy to pay the extra for the quality and size. Really, really pleased with it. In fact, can’t fault it, literally. (Oh and the taxi ride home is only a fiver so quids in, bargin..!!!, ok different if you have kids and need a car for that purpose but as I’m single, quids in like I said) 👍🏻👍🏻

Fridge is really spacious and looks really modern stylish ..the guys who came to take the old one and fit the new one were a solitely amazing really nice guys provided a really excellent no fuss service to make the fridge installation perfect very happy
