I must open with I’d actually give 4.5 but because the good very much outweighs the bad so far, I rounded up. My only little frustration is that the plastic suction attachment comes off very easily, but it’s an annoyance with lots of solutions. Otherwise very well thought out with thoughtful accessories like the tongue scraper, long tweezers, cleaning tools and syringe.

The unit doesn't charge, so it cannot even turn on. It is absolute garbage. What's worse than the waste of money, is the waste of time. Do not buy.

The media could not be loaded. The suction works and I was successful getting the stones out but the vacuum attachment is already starting to come apart from the handle. I have used it just a couple times so pretty upsetting it’s coming part already

This item worked much better than expected. It was quiet, suction was great it has 8 levels. Definitely a great purchase.

It took the vendor 13 days to actually ship out the product after it was ordered.This arrived from the vendor shrink wrap tamper evident sealed.This is a magnifying LED light with a tube & suction. You can adjust the strength of suction & try different tube types. They include a syringe you fill with warm water (or maybe some diluted mouth wash) to rinse the area before working on it.It’s effective & doesn’t require being too precise & doesn’t take a lot of time. Trial & error with a little patience mixed in gets really good results.This was a good value priced at $17 when I ordered it.

Easy to use, does the job painlessly. Popped them out instantly. Should have bought one sooner.
